The IPTV sector has been a-buzz lately about the prospects for Asian markets to boom in the near future. China, no surprise, is leading the boom. Market research firm iSuppli said this week that China's total IPTV subscriber base is in the process of doubling this year from just over 4 million to 8.5 million. Growth will continue in coming years to increase the total IPTV market in China to 31 million in 2014, iSuppli said.
