According to the IDC’s latest report “2004-2008 Asia Pacific CRM Application Market Expectation (Except Japan)”, China CRM application market revenue grew from 25.8 million in 2003 to 108.6 million in 2008. Compound annual growth rate in next five years is expected to be 33%, which will be one of the the fastest in Asia-Pacific region.
CCID’s expects the average growth rate of China CRM software market in next five years to be around 44.6%. In 2005, the sales will be CNY 439 million. After 2005, CRM market entered the fast growth period.
This statistics have made CRM vendors very excited as they feel that it will be a big market in the future. Correspondingly, vendors also get well paid in CRM market. According to IDC report of “CRM financial impact”, return on investment on CRM ranging from 16% to 1000%. 58% respondents from enterprises indicated that were able to get CRM investment back in the first year, 35% respondents said they got investment back within one or three years.
Utilization of CRM quantitative and process-oriented customer management will be the future trend of Chinese enterprises who wants to improve their competitiveness. More and more Chinese enterprises agree that flexible and efficient CRM system will be the key point of success.
