Samsung Electronics claimed a 53.8% share of China's TD-SCDMA handset market in the February 2010, its sixth consecutive month at the top, according to market research firm GFK.
Samsung has focused on the high-end market in China. The recently launched S3930C and S56630C handsets accounted for shares of 24.2% and 13.9%, respectively, in February sales, the firm said.
